2. Bookings and Payments

• Prices are subject to change depending on airline, hotel, or third-party providers.
  
  

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation policies depend on the service provider (airline, hotel, etc.).
  
  
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the provider’s rules.
  
  
• Service charges paid to Detral Travel and Tourism Services are non-refundable.
  
  

4. Visa Consultancy

We provide visa assistance but cannot guarantee approval, as final decisions rest with the embassy/consulate.

5. Responsibilities

• We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
  
  
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, government authorities, or external factors beyond our control.
  
  

6. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, health certificates, and other required documents.

7. Limitation of Liability

Detral Travel and Tourism Services shall not be held liable for loss, injury, delay, or additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
